- Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-Site)
- Languages Required:
- Slovak (C1)
- English (B2)
- Flexible Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts in rotational shifts.
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (local market time zone)
What we Offer:
- Salary: 3700 BGN gross
- Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to the base salary
- Additional payment for night hours work (if applicable) as per approved company program
- Bonus for important life events (marriage, birth or adoption of a child, university graduation) for the amount of 500 BGN

Your Typical Day and Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, brand, and industry to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Conduct research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Build trust and loyalty through positive interactions, embracing new challenges with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
