As a Digital Trust and Safety Team Lead with Italian, you will be an integral part of an exceptional team, collectively working to:
- Providing mentorship, guidance and development to the team
- Leading a team through an exciting transition to build aspects such as problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capabilities
- Establishing team goals and working with direct reports on strategies for results development
- Delivering projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development
- Identifying actionable insights, suggesting recommendations, and influencing team strategy through effective communication
- Leading a team to ensure achieving excellent performance
We are looking for someone with:
- 1+ years in a people management role within an operational environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written Italian and good level of English
- Ability to manage high paced projects, strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite/Google Suite.
- Attributes: Patience, a positive attitude, and strong leadership skills.
