For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Backoffice Operations Coordinator with French and English (day and later shifts).
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in the daily management of back-office operations to ensure smooth business functions;
*Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, ensuring effective communication within the team;
*Process orders and maintain accurate records in the company database;
*Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate support to resolve issues;
*Support in preparing and organizing reports and essential documentation;
*Work collaboratively with team members to optimize operational processes and workflows.
Requirements:
*Fluent in French at a C1 level, with the ability to communicate effectively;
*Strong command of English at a B2 level, enabling clear communication in the workplace;
*Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
*High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work;
*A team player, capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
*A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
