What You’ll Be Doing:

📞 Helping customers with their inquiries/questions raised via phone

🛠 Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;

📝 Accurately Maintain records of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database

💡 Providing smart solutions and advice

What We’re Looking For:

🎯 Fluent German + English speaker

📅 At least 6 months of customer service experience

📍 Already based in Bulgaria
